It is free membership and you get heaps of tools to track your food, forums, blogs, nutrition information and just lots of support, in general.

In 2002 I joined Weight Watchers and I lost 45 kilos quickly and easily. I then proceeded to re gain the whole lot, plus a half kilo or so extra (see photos of my weight history, HERE)

Nowadays, I use the online FREE tools at calorieking.com.au and with meal planning, an online food diary and a blog, I am doing  nicely .
